Entry is controlled
Tickets are scanned from your own panel, nothing to install. Or our staff can handle entry and security at the door, which is priced separately.

Frequently asked questionswhat everyone asks
When do I get my money?
Five days after the event ends. We close the payout at the end and transfer 100% of what was sold, with no deductions, to the account you give us.
How much does it cost to list my event?
Nothing. Listing the event is free and we charge no commission on the tickets or merch you sell: you receive 100% of the price you set.
What if my event is cancelled or postponed?
If it is cancelled, we refund each buyer with the method they paid with. If it is postponed, tickets stay valid for the new date and we notify every buyer by email.
How is entry controlled?
Every ticket carries a unique, signed QR code: a made-up one does not pass. It is marked as used instantly and, if someone tries to enter twice with the same one, the scanner rejects it.
You can scan from any phone, or our staff can handle entry and security at the door. That option is quoted separately by capacity and duration.
Can I see how sales are going?
Yes. You get your numbers in real time: tickets by type, total sold and by payment method.
What do I get when sales close?
A control panel where you see sales live, download the full buyer list as a PDF (name, email, ticket type and quantity) and scan QR codes at the door. That gives you control of entry even when we are not there.
Do I have to produce the event with you?
No. The ticketing works on its own for events we do not produce. If you also want sound, screens, staff or printing, we quote it separately.
